Retail & Residential Mixed Use Scheme on Wharf Road in Penzance, Cornwall - A town centre location on the site of a former gas works. This new proposal provides a new shopping centre that will unite the main sea frontage with the main high street and provide a catalyst for the regeneration of the area.

There will be over 76,000sq/ft of new retail space with a new modern shopping mall that will provide an added dimension to the commercial area of the town. Above the retail there will be 60 new apartments with sea views.

A proportion of these will be provided as affordable housing. The scheme is currently being prepared for planning and the construction work is intended to start early next year. The anticipated contract value is in the region of £30million.
