Retail and Residential Mixed Use Scheme, Newquay - A town centre location on the site of a former bus depot.

This new proposal provides a new large format retail unit that will unite an adjacent park with the main high street and provide a catalyst for the regeneration of the area.

There will be over 9000sq/ft of new retail space with a new modern shopping facade that will provide an added dimension to the commercial area of the town. Above the retail there will be 28 new apartments with sea views. A proportion of these will be provided as affordable housing.

The scheme is currently being prepared for planning and construction work is intended to start at the end of the year. The anticipated contract value is in the region of £5 million.
