Shopping Centre & Residential Mixed Use Scheme

A town centre location on the site of a former gas woorks. This new proposal provides a new shopping centre that will unit the main sea frontage with the main high street and provide a catalist for the regeneration of the area.

There will be over 76,000sq/ft of new retail space with a new modern shopping mall that will provide an added dimension to the comercial area of the town.

Above the retain there will be 60 new apartments with sea views. A proportion of these will be provided as affordable housing.

The scheme is currently being prepared for planning and construction work is intedned to start at the end of the year. The anticpated contract vlaue is in the region of £30 million.
