Stella Maris

This award winning project incorporates the redevelopment of a redundant convent school in a town centre location. The old school building has been converted into accommodation for
sheltered housing.

New affordable homes were accommodated within the old school grounds with a mixture of rented and shared accommodation. The old school building forms the focal point for the
houses which are formed around a large courtyard.
