This new development was built on Duchy land in partnership with a developer. 30 new homes have been designed to reflect a typical Cornish village street scene. The houses have been carefully situated to avoid the bland repetitive layouts of most modern developments. The houses are close to the roads to maximise the village character. The style and detailing has been kept simple to reflect traditional Cornish vernacular.
