A development completed in late 2006, this stunning residential development for 17 town houses and 8 apartments is located in the grounds of a former hotel in the seaside resort of Bude.

The three-storey townhouses provide expansive views across the golf course and impressive sea views. The design has a simple contemporary appearance, but also reflects the style of the surrounding Victorian townhouses.

The planning application was finally won under appeal due to a combination of good design skills, presentation and expert planning knowledge. Trewin Design partnership are lead consultants and are also providing full contract management until the completion of the project.
