Perched on the hillside overlooking the harbour of Mevagissey this scheme provides a new luxury hotel. Currently a dilapidated hotel sits on the site which will be demolished to make way for a contemporary building. The designs are reminiscent of the thirties style seaside architecture but with modern materials and detailing.

The scheme is currently being prepared for a full planning application which is to be submitted shortly.
