The West Cornwall Rural Partnership was formed a few years ago specifically to bring together a team of professionals in order to develop a large number of affordable dwellings over relatively short period of time to help address the acute housing need in West Cornwall.

All the participants were chosen individually by interview and Trewin Design Partnership were selected to deal with the planning and design side of the venture.

As well as several successfully schemes, projects are still ongoing and as part of the planning process artists impressions are often prepared for public consultation etc.

The illustrations indicate an aerial prospective of a proposed scheme at Gerrans on the Roseland Peninsula and house type illustrations of schemes at Porthia St Ives and St Mawes.
