Teaky Park, Hartland for Westwood Housing Group.

This highly distinctive development of eighteen contemporary homes at Hartland in North Devon was formerly opened on the 4 October 2011 and invited guests and the press were able to view the scheme.

The contemporary design solution with monopitch roofs echoes the windswept trees on the Hartland Peninsula and the distinctive rock formations along the coast.

The project consists of a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom properties all built with high sustainable features.

The interlocking T-shape of the buildings was specifically designed the create south facing sheltered patios to the rear of the properties in this exposed location.
