David Tithecott
MRICS, MBEng Dip. Surv.

David qualified at the College of Estate Management, Reading, obtaining a Diploma in Building Surveying, with Merit. He is a corporate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Association of Building Engineers. He joined the practice in 2001 with twelve years experience as a surveyor within local authority, working for both Torridge District and North Devon District Councils. This has provided him with extensive experience in a wide range of construction projects and property related issues throughout the area. David provides the surveying services to the practice complimenting the architectural services offered within the practice.

Richard P Vivian
FRICS

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is a part time consultant and provides assistance to the practice when required and specialises in building/structural surveys and condition surveys.
